9-minute late policy

If you arrive more than 9 minutes late for your appointment, it is possible that you may be classified as a "no-show," resulting in the cancellation of the appointment if you are en route. The determination of cancellation will be made by your stylist, considering the schedule for the day. Please note that late arrivals will be billed the FULL PRICE of the scheduled service(s), regardless of whether there is sufficient time to complete them.

If I, as the stylist, experience a delay and you choose to wait, I will express my appreciation by providing you with an email containing a discount for your next service. Alternatively, if waiting is not feasible for you, you have the option to reschedule for another available day, and in doing so, you will also receive an email with a discount for your next service.

Should you decide to cancel your appointment, please be aware that the deposit made is non-refundable and cannot be transferred for cancellations.
