*Appointment Policy*

All designated appointments are to ensure your preferred date, time, and service provider, we kindly request that you schedule your services in advance. Please note that a deposit is required to secure all appointments. 

Membership services and benefits are exclusive to the individual and cannot be transferred to others. It is important to mention that membership discounts do not apply to braiding services. Furthermore, please be aware that membership discounts cannot be combined or doubled up in the event of appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our appointment policy.

*Rescheduling and Cancellations Policy*

We kindly request that you consider rescheduling your appointment instead of canceling it within a timeframe of 5 business days before the scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment beyond this timeframe, we require you to CONTACT us directly via phone or text message to facilitate the manual rescheduling process. Please note that full payment is required before the appointment is manually rescheduled. If you are unable to provide an alternative date immediately, you will have a grace period of 7 days from the date of communication to finalize a new appointment date. 

 

To ensure a smooth rescheduling process and avoid the forfeiture of 100% of the funds paid, we kindly request that you promptly communicate your desired new appointment date. Failure to pay the remaining balance of the invoice by the rescheduled appointment date will result in your appointment being considered a "no-show," leading to its cancellation and the loss of the initial deposit. 

 

If you wish to reschedule for a different service, please CONTACT us directly via phone or text message for assistance with the manual rescheduling process. We can arrange your new service at the listed price of the selected service. However, if you opt to reschedule for the same service, your deposit will remain intact and not be subject to forfeiture. 

 

We understand that emergencies can arise, and as a gesture of goodwill, we allow for one emergent situation. If an emergency arises and forces us to cancel your appointment at any time, you will receive a full refund and an email containing a discount for your next service
